Gothic Western Construction & Practical Craft Realization

“Gallowwalkers combined the gritty visual vocabulary of the classic 19th-century American frontier with dark supernatural gothic horror. Designing on location in the Namibian desert required robust practical timber builds capable of withstanding extreme arid climates and wind conditions. The department designed and drafted the full-scale Slaughter Barn, an authentic working railroad train push cart engineered for real desert tracks, and a custom prisoner carriage chassis drawn by practical horses for high-intensity stunt action.”
